SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for full shipping details to populate. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
Peyton’s Candles is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Once the package leaves our facility and arrives at the shipping facility, it is under their care and responsibility. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if your package does not arrive.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Peyton’s Candles is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect/undeliverable addresses. If your package is unable to be delivered and is returned to us, Peyton’s Candles is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We can reship your package to a new address, but all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
